A great little local garage. What it lacks in frills, it makes up for in customer service. It is never overpriced, and their labour fees are reasonable. The owner, receptionist, and mechanics are all extremely friendly. Some garages (ie dealerships) have been known to do \"extras\" without actually asking first. Langtree will always contact you before doing anything....

I work across the road at the Science Centre... So makes sense to use them as I can put the car in while at work. They\'ve always been very helpful with me... explained the problem clearly and it\'s never been a fortune. He tells you what you NEED done and what can wait. Labour time is never ott either which means I go back every time now. A couple of my colleagues have also started using them regularly now too....

I tried Peter\'s garage for an MOT three years ago. It was no-frills but good, quick service. he let me drive away to get the cash when I picked up the car later that day. Since then he\'s able to take switch and VISA etc. I got my wife\'s car done there too -- and we have returned every year since -- dropping the keys through the letter box provided and leaving the car in the morning before they open, and collecting the car after work (they open late). Peter and his secretary are always polite, friendly and accommodating. No money has been wasted on sustomer waiting rooms or vending machines -- this is an old-fashioned garage on a very quiet road near the underground and paisley Road West area....
